Today our guest is Dr. Paonessa, an Orthopedic Spine Surgeon at Orthopedic Partners in Connecticut. In this conversation, we discuss how a meeting with some of his high school mentors led him to enroll in medical school, how orthopedic surgery has changed over the course of his 30-year career, and we also discuss the mission work that he is doing in Africa, Jamaica and the Philippines.
